Are you interested in a leadership position in the San Diego Section of ASCE?  Do you have a strong interest in the Construction industry?  Then the Construction Group needs you!

There is currently an opportunity for several people to work with other like-minded ASCE civil engineering professionals as part of the San Diego Section Construction Technical Group.  Like the Geotechnical, Pipeline-Environmental, and Transportation Groups, the Construction Group was established a number of years ago to provide an opportunity for ASCE members and others to meet on a regular basis for networking and for educational opportunities.  Their meetings generally focused on various aspects of the construction industry in which civil engineering professionals are involved.

Recently this Group has been dormant, but there are a number of members who would like to see this Group continue.  To return the Construction Group to active, productive status, the San Diego Section of ASCE is looking for several members who would be interested in taking a leadership role.  The Technical Groups typically have a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, a Secretary, and a Treasurer.
